PHP Developer

This role is typically an in-office position in our Tampa office. However, remote positions are possible for the right candidates.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer
  • In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
  • Hands on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design
  • Experience with Software testing (PHPUnit)
  • Strong understanding of OOP and TDD concepts
  • Familiarity with modern libraries and frameworks. ie: Vuejs, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc
  • Expertise in developing highly scalable and performant web applications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

New software development:

  • Write efficient, reusable code to accomplish tasks dictated by stakeholders and prioritized and approved by department heads.
  • Utilize PSR-2 and our variant PSR-TU coding standards
  • Utilize Laravel, Lumen, Vue.js, PHP7/5 for any new projects as dictated by needs and team agreement
  • Follow test-driven-development best practices as defined within the team

Maintain & improve existing software:

  • Work in Trax, Laravel or other frameworks depending on scope
  • Add programmatic testing wherever possible

Other Responsibilities

  • Be present for scheduled SCRUMs to discuss sprints, projects, tasks & tickets
  • Utilize Slack (chat service) for internal daily communications
  • Interact with Development, Product, and Support department heads as needed to complete assigned tasks
  • Utilize Jira for project and development priority management
  • Utilize BitBucket for code version control & code review
  • Personally and programmatically test any new / modified code before submitting merge requests
  • Review others’ code for bugs / logical errors / performance issues and approve / deny as appropriate

Facebook Advertising Manager

The Facebook Advertising Manager works to create and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns for dealer-customers in the Automotive, Powersports, Marine and RV Spaces. The Manager works closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure campaign success. The Advertising Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance and best practices are utilized for each advertising platform utilized by maintaining ongoing education and a direct relationship with our contacts at applicable advertising platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create B2C Facebook Ad campaigns for dealerships
  • Build lead generation and retargeting campaigns that drive sales opportunities for dealerships
  • Create Target audiences by vertical leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to meet campaign goals
  • Close communication and monitoring of delivering ads throughout the advertising period to meet or exceed deliverables of monthly averages
  • Ensure Facebook ads and reporting are delivered on time to meet the client expectations
  • Provide conversion-focused ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data
  • Work closely with account management and development to stay on top of Facebook Advertising changes and improve the LotVantage product offering

Business Development Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to establish specialized Dealership, Reseller and Dealer Group relationships driving growth of dealership sales, service, and marketing solutions to clients in the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, and RV verticals. S/he identifies qualified targets, defines the value propositions and presents these unique proposals to the customers for review and determination of best paths forward. This position increases revenue for an established book of business for LotVantage, both upselling current clients and identifying new clients. This position requires at least two years of experience in a business development role and/or research and development role.

User Experience (UX) Designer

The UX Designer will be involved in designing modern and functional user interfaces to aid in website, application, and marketing design demands. They should have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, HTML5, CSS, modern UX / UI trends, and experience in helping execute and plan projects from conception to production. This can include, but isn’t limited to: websites building, contact form building, application interface design and final-cleanup, marketing material input, and project planning. Ultimately, this role is responsible for proposing, designing, presenting and helping program the latest and greatest in UX design to the company for any of our customer-facing platforms.

Marketing Analytics Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring marketing data accuracy and timeliness, to ensure the team can make real-time, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, account management, technology, and finance teams to identify data capture requirements and create a technical implementation plan for an analytics solution across Marketing and Digital Channels web properties; configure reports within and pull reports from analytics platforms; maintain accuracy of analytics data, and perform measurement and reporting of web-based activity. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will have a deep understanding of analytics and analytics tools and will have experience creating reports, setting benchmarks and developing tracking requirements, and will have proven experience with the technical implementation of an analytics platform. The incumbent will also be comfortable facilitating dashboarding in visualization platforms like Data Studio and/or HubSpot; developing a schema and taxonomy to ensure accurate cross-channel reporting, and troubleshoot reporting and analytics issues.

In addition, the Marketing Analytics Specialist will also work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute marketing automation campaigns across the customer lifecycle that effectively optimizes audience segmentation, cadence and creativity to drive marketing KPIs, including demand creation and conversion, customer engagement, and retention. The incumbent will be supportive to implementing and deploying email campaigns, building lists, performing data segmentation, generating landing pages, and pulling reports from HubSpot and Google Analytics. In addition to supporting marketing programs and maintaining the marketing database, the incumbent will assist with upholding the lead flow process and the handoff to sales, marketing technology implementations/integrations, reporting and analysis of marketing program performance, and email delivery and acquisition efforts.

  • Facilitate tracking of A/B, multivariate testing through proper analytics setup; ensure accurate data capture

  • Act as subject matter expert on all things analytics; add and QA tags, triggers, etc., as needed
  • Work with third-party vendors like ad agencies, SEO agencies, etc. to ensure accurate tracking and setup of analytics tools
  • Ensure accurate tracking of keywords via SEO tool
  • Gather tracking requirements and make recommendation on analytics tools, features and capabilities
  • As needed, develop an implementation plan for analytics tool
  • Develop a data schema and taxonomy to ensure accurate reporting across channels (organic, paid, social, email, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain benchmarks/KPIs across channels
  • Document policies, standards and procedures related to compiling data and reports
  • Build roadmap for analytics optimization
  • Support performance marketing, business intelligence, marketing/sales teams in defining data to be captured
  • Work with internal teams to identify anomalies in data and fix reporting as necessary
  • Understand business systems and data
  • As needed, work with development teams to integrate analytics requirements into development cycles, QA, etc.
  • Assist with build-out, test, launch, and optimization of email and nurture campaigns
  • Maintain marketing database in HubSpot, which includes building smart lists and meaningful database segmentation that span across specific market segments, products and job roles
  • Monitor database hygiene, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of the marketing database
  • Assist with the creation of landing pages and dynamic content to support campaign launches as needed
  • Perform maintenance and manage technical and operational aspects of HubSpot
  • Assist with lead scoring and routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing 
  • Ensure the lead-scoring process is followed to pass qualified leads to sales and improve conversion rates
  • Assist with compiling and analyzing other marketing reporting as needed

QUALIFYING SKILLS:

This position requires the following skill sets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, computer science or related field required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a highly analytical role within marketing, sales or e-commerce required
  • 2 years of marketing automation experience 
  • Proven experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics required
  • Proven experience taking disparate data and organizing it into a format that is actionable, required
  • Experience with other elements of the marketing tech stack including CRM, social media, SEO, CMS, etc.
  • Marketing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Database and CRM experience (pulling data, cross-referencing, importing, and maintaining subscriber attributes)
  • Proficiency with marketing, technology, marketing automation, demand generation, lead to revenue management, and digital marketing terms and concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to track and report on marketing KPIs

Account Manager

This position will help grow revenue by supporting and educating users on the marketplaces we support. Focused on driving customer engagement, retention and usage of our digital marketing services.
A dedicated account manager nurtures customers, not only through the onboarding process – but answering questions, training users, and driving adoption across all services. Our role is to act as a consultant to the dealership, understanding their needs and expectations so we can help them utilize the service correctly, and execute on their marketing goals. We want them to understand the service, use the service and love LotVantage!

Core Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Provides a timely response to incoming tasks generated from customer & partner inquiries.
  • Monitor & engage accounts & customers for low activity & assist with invoicing tasks.
  • Provides interactive training/onboarding of LotVantage platform with customers over the phone/web.
  • Collaborates with reseller Director & leadership to develop customer engagement planning & implementation across new & existing accounts.
  • Builds rapport with customers by explaining product & service capabilities & how they can maximize the benefits.
  • Recommends new products & services by evaluating current product results; identifies needs to be filled.
  • Submits any bugs/workflow issues etc found within platform to Support department for escalation. Monitor the escalations & follow-up as needed.
  • Track all customer interactions & updates in CRM.
